SC&I Scholars Advanced Community-Engaged Health Communication at 8th Biennial D.C. Health Communication Conference

SC&I Professor Kathryn Greene co-led a workshop on health communication CBPR, which was offered twice during the three-day event. Associate Professor Matthew Matsaganis and Associate Professor Lisa Mikesell presented collaborative based on community partnerships in New Jersey and Greece. Asssociate Professor Maria Venetis contributed with a poster session and served as a reviewer.

Rutgers University’s School of Communication and Information (SC&I) is proud to announce that its esteemed Master of Communication and Media (MCM) program will offer a fully online option beginning with the fall 2025 cohort. This expansion aligns with Rutgers’ ongoing commitment to accessibility, flexibility, and innovative learning for students nationwide and potentially worldwide.

Over 85 Participated in the New Jersey Communication Association (NJCA) Conference Held at SC&I

Held at the Rutgers School of Communication and Information on March 15, 2025, the aim of the conference, the organizers, wrote, was to “drive more attunement as a means to return to an environment of civil, respectful, and dignified discourse to create much more productive connections” during the present time when “we are experiencing a world of division, extremism, acrimony, and an overall lack of civility and respect.”
